The Director of the Human Resources, Planning, and Administration Department, Ms. Saada Ali Mohamed, alongside Staffs from the Zanzibar Communication Corporation (ZICTIA) and experts from the President’s Office Public Service Management and Empowerment, conducted an in-depth training on Workplace Health and Safety at ZICTIA offices in Mazizini.
The training addressed essential topics such as stress management, fostering a secure and safe working environment, and compensation procedures for employees who experience workplace accidents, promoting a comprehensive approach to employee well-being and occupational safety.
